Named Users

Assigned to specific employees with unique logins.

Mailbox allows creating and storing shortcuts in the navigation center.

Concurrent Users

Multiple employees share login slots.

  • Shared Access
  • Mailbox Not Included (Extra £2 per user)
  • Cost-Effective for staggered usage
  • Can have more mailboxes than concurrent users

Ideal for businesses where not all employees need simultaneous access.

You can mix Named Users and Concurrent Users to suit your company's needs!
